Update to IE6 SP1

Hello, I am running Win 98SE, IE6 with SP1, I downloaded update Q831167, but
when I wanted to install it, I got an error message that "this update
requires SP1 to be installed". I am confused....IE6SP1 has been installed
but the update Q831167 does not seem to recognize it. What should I do
now???

That's an old update (Q831167), from 2004 - you may already have newer files
that supplant it.
