How often MS AS update his database?

How method he use for this? Full update of all database to
user or he update only new features?

Historically, updates have been approximately one a week
or a bit less.

Earlier updates were "complete", but more recent updates
may have been "delta"--i.e. only changed data--I'm not
certain this has actually happened, but it was intended
to at some point.
