Click to expand... i have version 1.0 build 194 running on xp pro and took the following readings while downloading two programs with fdm: memory use: ~2.5MB CPU use: 0% not exactly a resource hog over here...

CPU usage is almost nil when either in the tray or downloading a large file. Memory usage is also very low. Maybe you should report your problem on the FDM board. The author is very accommodating, and will most likely look into it. It is an excellent program now. It works on every link I have thrown at it. -- Bob
