Update for SP1

I had to reinstall windows XP, because of new hard
drive. In attempting to do windows updates, having
trouble downloading SP1 express. Message I get
is: "Setup could not verify the integrity of file
Update.inf. Make sure the cryptographic service is
running."

Any suggestions?
