Update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB911961)

Does anyone know what I can do to make this update install on my WinXP
OS?I've tried over and over again to install it and so far it keeps failing.
Any help is appreciated!

this may sound stupid but i take it you have microsoft office installed???
