update downloads ruined my work PC

I downloaded the suggested downloads from Windows and now
my pc is really screwed up at work. I am of course part
of a network here at work and it interferes with many of
my work applications. I also have the internet constantly
running even when I am supposed to be offline?? I get a
million pop up ads an hour and really need some help.

depending on what updates u have applyed you may beable to
remove them. Service packs can be removed i have never
seen any thing like pop ups appearing. Do u have ne thing
like kazza installed? that is the main reason 4 pop ups
