unwanted page breaks

how do I delete unwanted page breaks in my document? It
won't let me select them.
 
If they're soft page breaks, they can't be deleted. Are they being displayed
as just dotted lines, or do they say "Page Break"?

i think u can try to place ur cursor just b4 where the break is n delete
until the text after the break is where ur cursor is...the break should no
longer b there
