how to remove unwated page breaks?

Hi Evans,

if you know where they are, you can delete them as you can delete any other
character, e.g. by using the Del or backspace keys.
If you are unsure where they are, find the symbol that looks like a reversed
P in the standard toolbar left of Zoom. If you don't know what symbol I am
talking about: Format, Paragraph contains it. Click it and it should show
you paragraph ends, page breaks, etc now explicitly in the document. Find
the page breaks you want to get rid off and delete them as you would any
character. Once you are done, you can click the symbol again to hide all the
things.

I hope this helps,

It rather depends what sort of page breaks they are - if they are manual
ones you can delete them as Patrick says.

If, on the other hand, you just don't like the places Word automatically
breaks pages there are so many possible reasons that you would need to
provide a lot more information to get accurate help but look at your margins
or line spacing or paragraph spacing - maybe widow/orphan and other settings
to see what may be causing Word to do what it does.
