Unwanted message at log off

Recently when trying to log off I get a message saying WIN MIN program is unresponsive and I have to click on the END NOW button to let my machine complete logging off and shutting down, I've tried bringing up the task manager, but it shows that no programs are running, so I does anyone know what this WIN MIN program is and how to stop it interfering with the shut down procedures

Around the same time I started getting my Dialer display coming up totally unrequested by me and the display window thats trying to open up is a porn site, I've tried deleting all the cookies and temporary internet file but with no effect. I'm not sure wether these are two seperate problems or are related. Can anyone help?

You have at least one or more parasite/spyware programs on your system. Here

They are related, you have spyware/trojan
Download and update and run SpyBot and Adaware
Ensure you have a decent firewall, ZoneAlarm is free
