Unwanted email addresses

How to I stop the automatic importing of the other email addresses that are
attached to an email I was sent. Everytime I recieve an email, I end up with
every other email address of every person that also recieved that email -
often people I don't even know. My address book is full!

You only get the Contacts to be added when you reply.
Disable at tools>options>Send tab, "automatically add people I reply
to">apply
