export address book from OE to wm

I exported my address book to WM from OE, but when I go to send a new email,
even though the address book is in WM it will not automatically finish the
email address for me? I have to type in the address every time?
I have it set to complete, but it only does it for emails I have sent out
recently in WM?

Auto-complete does not work very well in Windows Mail. It uses a
separate list of the last 29 recipients you've sent mail to.

Click on the word To: in the new mail and add the address from there.
