unwanted connecting

Whenever I logon .it attempts to connect. I wanted to edit the registry but
I can't run regedit. it appears for a moment and then exits. i thought some
files are damaged but sfc doesn't work too! What's the problem please??

Hi,

You are infected with one or more viruses, several of them disable the
system tools. Download and run stinger from http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/
then reboot into safe mode and run the utility (do not bother doing this in
safe mode). In the meantime, also use the emergency tools described here:
