"My Computer" starts with windows Xp

Whenever i start my computer, "My Computer" automatically gets started.
I found nothing in startup folder.
I also checked msconfig in run menu but found nothing.
i also partially checked registry using regedit but found nothing.

I think problem is quite serious..

Can anyone please think of this problem..
