UNSUPPORTED DEVICE on USB

After I installed Windows SP2, my ImageMate 5 in 1 reader is no longer
recognized by the system. I uninstalled SP2 and it is OK but after Installing
SP2 a second time it no longer works. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Go to the manufacturers website for updated drivers that are compatible
with XP SP2.

Get the new driver for ImageMate! There is a message at MS about
updating all drivers before installing SP2.
