Unsolicited Remote Assistance

I am wondering if anyone has been able to use Unsolicited Remote Assistance
and not ask the novice PC for permission. I have a very specialized kiosk
setup that wants to be able to remotely assist a user but doesn't want to
deal with allowing the users to choose whether or not they allow remote
assistance.

Is this possible or do I have to buy a third-party product?

The Remote Assistance "Offer" functionality only applies to PCs in a domain
environment. Is that the case in your situation?

In any case the Novice must still give permission for the Expert to both
view and take control of the Novice desktop...

That's all I needed to know. Thank you.
