unrecognized database format

i have a database file and it works fine on my laptop at home, but when i
save it on my flash drive and take it to my PC at work, a message appears
says (unrecognized database format). Please advice.

Do you have the same versions of Access on your laptop and work computer?
You normally see this message when a database is created in a newer version
(say 2000) and you are trying to open it with an older version (say 97).

No the one on my laptop is older (2002) but at work it is 2003. By the way it
was working good before.i tried today to remove the password and let us hope
it will work 2morrow.Wating for more advice and thank you
