Unrecognized database format: C:\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT
OFFICE\OFFICE\1033\ACWZMAIN.MDE

I'm receiving this message when trying to use the query message in
Access...does anyone know what this is or how to fix? I've reloaded office
and that didn't work. Running Windows XP with Office 2000.

Thanks.

ACWSMAIN.MDE is the Access database containing the code for (at least
some of) the Access wizards. In your case it has become corrupted,
probably irreversibly.

I'd suggest deleting the file and doing a Repair Setup of Office. Just
reinstalling Office won't work since it will not bother to install the
file if it is already there!
