unread sent messages

How do I get back a message that I sent if the reciepent hasn't read it yet?
 
Unless you can access their computer or mail account (username/password) you
can't. Well, there always is breaking and entering but they tend to have
laws against that.
 
Can't be done unless both you and the recipient receive
your mail through the same Microsoft Exchange server.
