how can i show my company information in all mails sent

i want the mails sent from my accounts displayed in the reciepents' computers
as in a letterpad. ie., my company logo, name and address on top of the
message. any solution? thanks in advance.

You could use a "signature" in Outlook or try customising the "stationary" -
try both those words in Help!
