unread mail - mailbox viewed by 4 users - outlook 2000

I have four users who log into their own mailboxes but also view another
general mailbox. The folder list will show the Inbox (in the extra mailbox)
as having 13 unread emails, but when going through it, no unread mail can be
seen. All filters taken off too. When I log directly into the general
mailbox, I can see the unread messages.

Any tips? Many thanks, Ritchy

Make sure you've got your delegates marked to show Private Items as well

cheers - that did the trick! I guess they assumed that they would never
receive 'private' emails.
