Unread drats in OL 2003

My OL 2003 shows a number of unread drafts in that folder. I have completed
an advanced find for all OL items and for each of the individual catagories
and the search comes back with nothing found. I have scrolled through the
drafts and none show as unread. I have right clicked and "mark all read".
What can I do to get rid of the undication that there are a number unread?

Is the number enclosed in parentheses or brackets? If the latter, it's not
an unread count, but a count of the total number of items in the folder.

It is brackets [69] so apparently it is reporting the count. Thanks, I will
quit trying to get rid of it. Of course I can delete all the drafts if I did
not want to keep them and it would go aqway or at least show [0].

You can also right-click your Drafts folder, choose Properties, and choose
the "Show number of unread items" radio button instead of the "Show total
number of items" button. If you have no unread items, no number will
appear. If you do, then the number will be in parentheses.
