i have lost the panel to the left of my emails on outlook

i have lost the panel to the left of my inbox that shows me my Inbox with all
the folders placed there, my sent items, all my unread mail my drafts etc

That's the Navigation Pane in Outlook 2003 and 2007. Did you accidentally
hide it? Click View and make sure "Navigation Pane" is checked.
