UNMOUTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME

Trying to reinstall Windows XP Professional. The
installation program stops and states that I have
UNMOUTABLE_Boot_Volume error. I try safe mode and I get
the same error. I know my installation is not complete,
however I do not know how to get the Windows CD to
complete the installation.
