When power up my labtop, it say unmountable volume so I slaved it but when I
try to see the hdd, it says "F" (which is the drive) and it says it not
accessible. Does that means my hdd is spoilt? Thanks

Yes. That is a classic symptom of a dead hard drive.

It may be possible to recover really important data from the drive,
but doing so will probably be expensive and require the services of a
data recovery expert.

Good luck
