Unmountable Boot Volume

I have a big problem. I get an Unmountable Boot Volume
error when i start my sony laptop. The only way to fix
this problem is via the recovery console, unfortunetly
sony was kind enough not to include the OEM verson of
windows and gave me these recovery CDs which are useless
unless I want to do a clean install.

My question is will MS ship me a MS Home OEM disk so that
I can run recovery console? Please contact me ASAP, this
is the 2nd day that I am w/o my computer.
