Hi, everytime I restart my pc, it goes to a blue warning screen that says I
have an Unmountable Boot Volume and the thing is that when it starts up, it
always goes to the same screen (the one when you press F4 at the beginning)
and then it goes to the blue error screen. I cant even log in. I've put the
Windows XP install disk in but nothing happens. Please Help

Jack;
Power off
Desktop:...Open the case and reseat the hard drive IDE ribbon cable at
both ends.
Laptop:... simply remove and reinsert the hard drive.
If that fails:

Otherwise go to the website of the hard drive manufacturer and
download their hard drive diagnostics.

Do you have a hard drive overlay such as Max Blast?
Windows XP sometimes has issues with overlay software.
You may need to perform a Clean Installation without their overlay
software which is not needed anyway.

Jack;
Follow the previous step but also verify the pins on the mouse plug
are all OK.
It also may be a good idea to open the case and reseat all cables and
cards.
