Unlock Computer dialogue Box in XP

Hi (from London UK),

My laptop keeps starting up with a dialogue box
called "Unlock Computer" requesting a Password......I
don't enter a password and just hit enter and it starts
up fine, but its annoying ;--((

Any suggestion pls ?
