Every time I start-up or restart my computer,Windows XP cannot automatically
continue starting-up because an annoying dialogue box appears which cannot be
close and the only button clickable is OK. Please give me solution how to get
rid of this so that Windows can automatically and continue starting-up as
what it was doing previously and before this annoying dialogue box appeared
which I do not know where this come from.

In addition to Opinicus' question, what happens when you start in safe mode?
Does that dialog box still occur?

Thanks for both of you, as you have shown your interests on this issue. The
dialogue box has a title bar, "Promise???" and having a close(X) button which
is not clickable. Inside the box says, "I'm waiting for my strawberry coming
from my..... Please help!!!", on which this cannot be deleted on whatever
way. On the lower part is an OK button which is the only thing clickable.
If I move the box via the title bar with the mouse, underneath is the Windows
Logo and the words, "Windows is starting..." When I click the OK button,
that will be the time where starting-up will continue. I tried to start it
on SAFE Mode and it was the same results, the dialogue box appeared and I
need to click the OK button so that the starting-up will continue. Thanks in
advance whatever recommendation you will give.

It sounds like a virus, spyware or similar plagues.

Ok that information is relevant. It suggests some sort of malware. Here
