Unloading Digital Camera

I can put my photos on daughter'a computer,but not on
mine. Hers has windows 98, mine has Windows XP. I have
contacted Camera support, but get no help so far.

If the smart card is larger than 32mb you may have to use a card reader.

I can't get much further than this for you because you don't give us the
make and model of the digital camera! Or how you are trying to connect it
to the PC?
