Every time Windows starts I get an error message from
RUNDLL that it's unable to run a file called "fldrclnr.dll"
I don't know what process is trying to start: there is
nothing about it in MSConfig/Startup nor can I find the
file anywhere in the Registry.
There don't seem to be any ill effects once I get rid of
the message, except that my "Disk Cleanup" utility doesn't
work and this file sounds like it's a "folder cleaner."
Guidance would be appreciated.
