Unknown right-click menu item in IE

I have an unknown menu item in IE. Whenever I right-
click in any IE window, the menu item is there. It is a
link to adult sites. How do I remove this link??? Would
it be in the registry??

Would appear you have spyware installed on your computer. These two
programs come from a saved post by Michael Solomon:
