Unknown error message in Outlook

Has anyone encountered the following error message when trying to send e-mail
in Outlook

!Task '(e-mail address removed) - Sending' reported error(0x800x40201):
'Unknown Error 0x80040201'

I've worked with my internet provider and they tell me it's a microsoft
probelm.
