Help! Problem with Outlook sending and retrieving messages

When ever I send or receive messages in Outlook, I receive the following
error message: ! Task 'Mailbox1 - Sending'
reported error (0x80040201) : 'Unknown Error 0x80040201'

It indicates that my messages sent from this account were not sent, but in
fact they are sent. I have confirmed by sending to myself and to others that
the messages are going out and they appear in my Sent Items folder, but the
message still appears.

Can someone help me clear this up, please?

Creating a new profile should solve this problem.

Control Panel | Mail | Show Profiles
