Connection problem after hibernating

Hello.

I'm using the Outlook client (not Outlook Express) to send/receive e-mail
from POP/SMTP servers. It works great until I hibernate the laptop.

After resuming, I log into a Limited account, start Outlook, enter passwords
to access .pst files, and press Send/Receive. After a few moments, these
errors appear in the 'Outlook Send/Receive Progress' box:

! Task 'pop.isp.com - Sending' reported error (0x80040201): 'Unknown Error
0x80040201'

! Task 'pop.isp.com - Receiving' reported error (0x80042108): 'Outlook is
unable
to connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to
receive this
message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider
(ISP0).'

After I Restart the laptop, no problem....... until the next time I hibernate.

Is there a known POP/SMTP problem associated with hibernation? If not, how
can I troubleshoot this problem further?

Thanks in advance -- Dave

Aligator,

Yes, I tried exiting/restarting Outlook, and I tried logging out of, and
back into, the Limited user account. The only thing that restores POP3/SMTP
communications.

Thanks - Dave
