Unknown device

In device manager I have something called 'other devices' with a black
exclamation mark with a yellow question mark underneath, this device is
situated between 'network adapters and ports (COM & LPT)

When I use the new hardware wizard it tell me that it needs drivers, but
when follow the wizard for it to look for new drivers...it cannot find any

How can i find out what it is??

How can i find out what it is??

Do you have the driver disk for your motherboard.?
Most times its something onboard that hasn't installed, such as an onboard
modem or such.

Have a look at the board and use google to find the manufacturer, then
download the drivers for it.
