unknow hard error

I have this message when windows 2000 pro reboot the
machine after have copied the files in the drive.

THe message :

STOP : c0000221 Unknow Hard Error
\systemRoot\System32\ntdll.dll

after this a list of thing to do for boot right, but it's
not do anything...

(the hrad drive is not die, because i have tried on 2 new
hard drive and i have the same message....

Ben take a look at this article:

Ntdll.dll could be corrupt.

You can boot to the recovery console and replace the file

THANK for your qucil answer, but i think it's cause of a
hard matériel because i have installed windows in 2 hard
drive different ans i have always this problem.
What is it?
Is it possible the installation always fail?
