Universal Serial Bus controller Problem.

Hello, I got a new mp3 player been using it for 1 week. I'm using XP home
edition with service pack2; I changed my ram yesterday and now my computer
won't reconize my mp3/mass data storage device when I plug it in, I lost my
"Mass Storage Device" controller from my device manager/ Universal Serial Bus
controller. Any help will be greatly apreciatied, ty all for your time.
