Uninstalling Windows 2000 and Windows ME

hI COULD ANYONE ADVISE ME HOW TO UNINSTALL WINDOWS 2000
AND WINDOWS ME Operating system from my laptop. THey were
both not installed properly and are not functioning well.
Unfortunately I do not have th origional CDs.

To what end? Obviously you're not going to reinstall Windows 2000 or WinME.
If all you require is an empty drive then you can use a utility named
delpart.
