Incident ID No. SRZ040703001145, I have been in contact
with your peer groups and have exhaustively given the
whole story of the sequence of events on my PC.

To repeat it again I bought an HP Pavilion PC Microsoft
Windows Me model 8766C from the States with its software
backups. For unknown reason on one bad day I picked up the
Windows 2000 Professional Set Up and intalled it. It
displaced all the contents, functions of the Mellenium
Edition and was not operating well. Therefore I want to
Uninstall the Windows 2000 Professional Operating System
and replace with the ORIGINAL Windows Me for I have the
recovery CDs.

I will be very greatful for your expert advice and
guidance.

Thanking you from Botswana

Boot from the recovery CD-Rom to start the process.
