uninstalling programs

Hi,
I have deleted some games directly by deleting the folders. I know this is not the right method of doing it. But I have done it..... without uninstalling them. Now I want to remove the remaining files the games have left behind( those files which would have been deleted when using the uninstall program ).
Can anyone please let me know how to do that?

The easiest thing to do is to reinstall the games and then uninstall them
again. However you might find that these 2 freeware apps help
