I installed a demo of ACT! on my computer and it doesn't want to uninstall.
I've tried using the Windows remove program application and the demos
uninstaller, but nothing works. A window box pops up saying:

Error: -1603 Fatal error during installation.
Consult Windows Installer Help (Msi.chm) or MSDN for more information.

It's extremely annoying...

Contact the makers of "ACT!" as they are the ones who designed the
installer/uninstaller for said application.
You may try installing it again and ininstalling it immediately afterwards.

Might look at the solutions here:
http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q111019

and/or here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314852/EN-US/
(To get a better idea of what is going on...)

The first step to fixing a program that won't install is to re-install
the program, reboot, then uninstall it.

If that doesn't work you have a question for the program's technical
support.
