error message when loading software

I am trying to install "pctattletale" on a machine running xp-home. I
receive the following message. "error 1304. error writing to file
c:\windows\system32\exployer32\netlogon.exe". When I click ok I get
"eror:-1603 fatal error during installation. Consult windows installer
help(msi.chm) or msdn for more information."

Anyone have an answer?
