Uninstalling IE?

Have a hijacker or a trojan that I CAN'T uninstall. Used SpyBouncer,
SpySweeper, Spybot, Adaware and it still won't remove. Looks to either be
Lop or Blazefind as there is a toolbar there which I can not get rid of and
the webpage occasionally resets to a website and then installs icons to my
desktop.

I can only think of uninstalling IE at this point in time unless someone has
an other idea.

Any help would be appreciated.
