Uninstalling 2000 Sever

Hi guys, I am at a small business where the former IT guy made off with the
password for the our 2000 Server, and now it's useless. Can someone tell me
how to uninstall it?

There's no need to "Uninstall" Windows 2000 Server...and besides, why lose
all the settings. Winternals Admin Pak is bootable into it's own 32 bit
evironment from the CD and contains a password resetter called Locksmith.
It's price is a bit steep though $199.00; but I have found it to be well
worth it.
