Uninstalled IE7, stuck with its icons

I installed and uninstall Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 (using System Restore),
but now I'm stuck with its new icon for the file extensions HTM and HTML.

I've already tried resetting the icons through File Types, but the icon
itself stays as the IE7b one. How do I revert it to IE6's icon?

Also tried actually uninstalling IE7 after I figured out how. Still getting
IE7's icons for HTM and HTML files...
