IE7 beta 2 won't run and crashes Outlook Express

I downloaded IE7 beta 2 from the Microsoft Download Notification e-mail. I
can no longer access IE - at best, if I try to run is from Start-programs, a
screen flashes up and disappears. If I click on a web-link in an OE e-mail,
it locks up OE. I've loaded Firefox from a CD to get net access - neither my
old IE6 icon nor new IE7 icon work. There's no IE7 newsgroup, so I'm here -
and maybe you should stay with IE6! run XP Pro/SP2 fully updated, on an
AMD2800/1 Gb RAM PC the issue must be with the IE beta. I use Norton
Internet Security 2006, which set access rules for IE7 during installation.

Jon, I don't see myself as a tester, MS encouraged MDN recipents to download
IE7, I'm seeking help rather than posting a comment. Perhaps I should delete
it and download IE6. But I'll check the site you pointed me to, thanks.
