uninstall

when i try to uninstall norton antivirus 2002 i get this
error: "error 1324: the file path "my pictures" contains
an invalid character". i have tried to uninstall norton
several times and i keep getting the same error. can
anybody tell me what this error means and what i have to
do to be able to uninstall norton. thanks
