How do you uninstall a program that does not appear in the
control panel and has no uninstall shortcut
 
Try this:

Open Windows Explorer and look inside the folder for the program. Look for a
file called 'uninstall' or 'unwise' and double-click on it.

This way is a bit messy but you can manually delete it

by exploring the C drive and deleting the folder.

If its not listed in the Control Panel ask the maker of the program what the
"uninstall string" is. Then you can manually uninstall it correctly.
