Uninstall

When I try to uninstall some products I get the error
message: "Could not open INSTALL.LOG file." Does anyone
have a solution so that I may uninstall the product ?

Well this is trying to access a log file that was made at the time of installation so the uninstall process can determine what it is supposed to do.

So first we would look in the install folder for the application to determine if it is in there. Hope it is. Then if it is we would go to the registry to see if the location for the uninstall.log for this software is there and where it is pointing to.

So check this stuff first and let me know what you come up with.
