uninstall programs

I went to the install/uninstall programs on control panel
and when trying to uninstall ..I get an error
message "invalid install.log" I even tried
reinstalling the program but it just can't find the
correct install.log file to uninstall programs....anyone
help? ....
 
What program are you trying to uninstall?

In any case, you may want to check with the program's manufacturer Windows
isn't uninstall the program for you; it is just calling the uninstall
routine designated by the program.
